Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Declan just completed an entire remodel of my co-op and did a fabulous job. He is talented, prompt, responsive and affordable. His woodwork is beautiful. I highly recommend him.

He has worked for me but I am also a Realtor and I've seen what he's done in other homes. I like his craftsmanship and his ability to communicate with the customer. He's a good problem solver; he uses space very well. He's got an eye for detail and he is a contractor who also designs.
