+ -1 moreTHE SALES STAFF WAS QUICK TO ASSESS MY NEEDS AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME A LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T NEED. THEY EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS SO THAT I ACTUALLY UNDERSTOOD THEM.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A FASTER CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET BUT DIDN'T WANT TO USE DSL BECAUSE OF IT UNRELIABILITY IN MY AREA. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A COLLEAGUE.
