It went very bad as they were in a rush to beat traffic and at last minutes they packed a set of very valuable Murano lamps 6 in a box without any cushion or protection from bottom or side. One of the most expensive lamps broke in pieces, it was part of a very rare pair of Seguso from the 50's. I called John and he was annoyed by my complaint and too busy to talk. He wanted to se a picture. I sent it to him and he promised to call back, saying that he may know someone that could fix it. He never called back, nor he answered the ph to my calling. The lamp costed me more than all the moving!
