We have been homeowners for over 20 years. We have moved many times, owning several homes, some quite old that need major renovation work. I have worked with many contractors, painters and electricians and plumbers and I have to say Mr. Barrios is the finest person I have worked with.
Mr. Barrios has very high standards. He is professional, prompt and his work is exceptional. He came promptly to give me an estimate. He was willing to change his schedule to accommodate my project. Once the project started, Mr. Barrios and his workman arrived everyday right at 8:30 AM. Mr. Barios oversaw the project, working with his workman when his schedule permitted.
Mr. Barrios is an expert at working on older homes; he has respect for the beauty of older homes and takes pelasure in restoring their millwork. He restored our front door, removing layers of old paint and staining the door. He does not rush his work, which might be frustrating at times. But the job gets done right. He came back to put coats of stain on the front door when the weather did not permit for drying time. He even polished the front door handle at no additonal charge, restoring the luster of the brass handle. the front door looks beautiful, restored and enhancing the oiginal brick and stone work of the house.
Mr. Barrios and his taff are meticulous. Furniture and floors were always covered. He brought two vacuums one for the garage and another for the interior. After the work was completed for the day, he and his staff alway vacuumed and cleaned up. I look forward to woirking with Mr. Barrios in the future.
