JMap saved us from paying almost $3000 to get a new furnace. We are so glad we found him. We moved in found our furnace was not running. We found a local service that is rated very good to come in, they said heat exchanger was cracked and we need a completely new furnace, quoted us $2900. We contacted Bryant since it’s still under warranty. Turns out JMap is the only certified Bryant dealer in central NY area. He came in, took the effort to take apart and actually diagnosed each every part of the furnace to make sure it worked before he left. We wanted to give him a good review but he is not even on Google. He does have a website. Trustworthy local business!

Jim Map was fantastic and reasonable. It was quick and he was super competent. He had a lot of questions and a lot of suggestions. He looked all around and checked the house. My mother has a basement that my brother used to live in. Apparently, my brother had some work done that we didn’t even know about and that was well done. So, Jim let us know that we didn’t need anything done there. It was all grounded and it was recently done. Jim put in two sockets that had the extra plug because this is a 1958 ranch. He upgraded it a little bit to make it safe and he changed both of them for a very reasonable price. He did a great job. I think the price was about $130. It was a recommendation from a friend that made my mother call Jim. We would definitely use his services again since we want two more things done.
