I treat your home with the same care I take in my own home! :) :), I'm in the Construction business over 47 years & I bring my whole network of friends and business owners with me! Just ask me! :) :), I've been a homeowner myself since 1982! I know what it's like! :), Master Carpenter, Renovator & Handyman., What's the difference between an apprentice and a Master? A Master is someone who knows how to fix their own mistakes! Why? Because we are all human & all humans make mistakes!

David came by to help fix a squeaky stair, straightforward and provided a few suggestions for me to fix by myself. He is friendly, kind, professional and very experienced. I will hire him again if needed in the future.

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Dave was great! Power washed a small deck outside my kitchen back door. He noticed some loose railings and fixed them too. I didn’t even ask him to do that! Will call him again, if I need more work. Excellent service!!!

Did a complete half-ass job, took all day to do it a d charged a ridiculous amount of money. I had to throw him out of my house at one point. I hired him to do trim work around a door and it looks like crap!! And, it needs to be redone. Total waste of time.

"Not sure what got this customer's ire, but as you can plainly see, his comments are completely out of line with the other dozen reviews I have earned here in the last year! He has his own challenges to deal with so not sure why he chose to denigrate my work & attitude! He is a particularly strange fellow & apparently very moody! As the other reviews indicate, I take my reputation very seriously & work diligently to make certain my customers are very happy! This fellow...not so much! It's strange that he speaks of "a ridiculous amount of money" when we discussed in significant detail how much it was going to cost...BEFORE I started the work - as I have done for over 45 years in this industry! I am happy to have the opportunity to show you what I can do for your home & to keep you happy! Contrary to this fellow, this I know how to do! :) :)"

Very detail oriented. His communication skills are great! To me communication is extremely important. When are you going to be here, and if it changes let me know. Great job repairing my porch. I will use Dave and his son again when I have another project.
