"This customer still owed me money for the work done. We mowed the lawn every other week as agreed upon with Mr. [removed member name]. Because of our services the Chinchbug issues cleared up right away and the thatching helped bring life back into the lawn. After the second treatment on the property it looked beautiful! I have the pictures of the property to prove our services."
"We worked on this property for over 2 weeks. The property had been let go for over 3 years. The landscaping on the property is very extensive with detail to high end plants, Stone walls and walkways. The estimate was put together with the customer and agreed upon before any work was started. I had recommended to put Landscape fabric throughout the mulch beds during the time of services. The customer had refused to do this services, in return the weeds will grow back. We tried to offer a monthly services for property maintenance being the customer would be away out of town for the balance of the summer but [member name removed] didn't want the expense to do this, She had a family member that would be taking care of the property. We too pictures of the property before the job started and at the end of the job. What a beautiful job the crew did!"
