Cleaned three filters located in the cylinder of the vacuum. Quickly identified problem(s); malfunctioning face plate, clogged duct, and rectified them. Vacuum now works very well. He also carried and supplied (at an additional cost) new hose and all the attachments.

I think they were great. The company was very responsive and was here the next day after I called. They were here when they said they would be and kept in communication by cell phone to let me know when they were coming. They cleaned out my blockage quickly and I thought they were good. I definitely will use them again.
