I had a great experience with Perry's roofing. My roof has spung a leak and needed replacement. I had a precise, professional quote within 48 hours. Once we went ahead with Perry's, we had a team on site by the end of the week, and the work was done in 1 day. 24 hours after the installation was complete, we had one of the worst thunder storms of the season. The new roof held beautifully. When I go to do my next roofing job, I will be calling Perry's roofing first.

Overall Perry's Roofing made the experience of replacing a roof as smooth as possible. information was very forth coming and all schedules were met. The roof replacement took one day with gutters and downspouts part of a second day. This was at the end of January. We have had a couple of bad storms since then. There has been no problem. Perry clearly explained everything. The final cost was as estimated. The ground was snow covered at the time. Even though there was protection over the snow debris went through to the lawn. After the thaw Perry's men returned and cleaned up everything. The office staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Every thing is made as easy as possible for the home owner.

Good Price. Quick quality work. Only a little bit of cleanup needed after the fact.

Premature to right anything

Perry’s roofing is very responsive, the communication was easy and follow up fantastic. My old roof and gutters were removed and new ones installed. It was a professional service and the team did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Perry and his team were very responsive and efficient from start to finish. Everyone from the office staff to the workers were friendly and pleasant to deal with. New roof was installed quickly and ceaned up afterward in spite of challenging weather conditions.

Not only did Perry's give the best price he was also the only one who responded to every question and concern I had. For example I asked exactly how was the prices calculated for the work. WHile the other roofers either ignored the question or gave vague responses - extra safety needed,, insurance, ...in other words they never gave a valid answer, .Perry was the only one who gave straight answers. No matter how many times I asked questions, he responded quickly and with a valid answer.s. His price was a lot lower than the competition for the EXACT same GAF ROOF and with a better WARRENTY. Came in under original estimate and competing service to get job in before going on vacation

I actually found Perry through a referral from a friend, but I figured I might as well review him here since I chose him over the 3 roofers with whom HomeAdvisor put me in touch. Compared to the other three, he was not the cheapest, but Perry struck me as the most professional and trustworthy, plus he is GAF Master Elite certified, which one of the other roofers tried to use as the linchpin of his case to pay him 50% more. Bottom line: he offered the most competitive price among people adhering to best practices, so he was the no-brainer choice. I'm very pleased with his replacement of my garage roof and intend to hire him to redo my house when it comes time.

Perry was very helpful and patient as I navigated the logistics of replacing my roof, skylights, fascia, and gutters. His team was hard working, efficient, and timely. Having two small children I wish they took a little more time during the clean up as I keep finding nails in my lawn. Outside this, I'm very happy with the job and would recommend them.

Perry has built an impressive company that runs like a well oiled machine. Initially met with him on a Sun.morning, His crew of 12+ men arrived at 7 am Tues. morning as did all the materials, dumpster etc. They also installed traditional insulation and foam insulation. By 7 pm on Tuesday the roof and insulation were complete! Perry also provides chimney repair which was completed on Wed. His customer service is flawless. He returns calls unlike the previous roofing company which we had selected first before choosing Perry. Perry's Roofing puts other companies to shame! Though he is not inexpensive, we highly recommend Perry's Roofing.

Mr. Verrone schedule appointment to give me an estimate for my roof. Mr. Verrone presented me with a folder with all of his information such as his licence, insurance, excllence award from Angie;s List and that was wonderful. He was the second contractor to give me an estimate after he had left I cancel the remaining contractor and hired Mr. Verrone. I would recommend him to other people because his work was EXCELLENT!!!
