+ -1 moreTHE OWNER, JOSE SANTOS, WAS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE WORK FORCE AT ALL TIMES, AND COMMUNICATION WAS NO PROBLEM. HIS PRICING WAS VERY COMPETITIVE, HIS WORK VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ALL PERFORMED WITHOUT DELAY. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED EXACTLY AS SCHEDULED. COMPLETE SITE CLEAN UP WAS DONE EACH DAY, AND UPON COMPLETION. FOR MASONRY AND LANDSCAPING I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS QUALITY AND COMPETITIVELY PRICED WORK.
Description of Work: REMOVED AND RESURFACED RISERS ON TWO LARGE EXTERIOR STAIRWAYS AND STUCCO SIDE SURFACES.
