John and his crew performed exactly as promised and contracted. On time, considerate of our home, cleaned up well afterward. They had a number of challenges in our old house that required creative solutions as the project progressed--never any drama, just solved the problem and let me know why the changes. John also has good design sense, which is reflected in their work. While it seemed expensive to me, I had bid the job and John's bid was right in line with others in Westchester. Great job.

We couldn't be happier with the bathroom renovation JMC just finished for us. As far as clients go, we are definitely detail-oriented sticklers, and even so, through all of our specific questions and specifications, John was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and demonstrated real care about all of the details that were so important to us. The quality of the work is stunning and they finished on time and on budget. John and his crew take great care of their clients and deliver beautiful results. We are over the moon about our new bathroom and can't wait to use him again!

I have had the pleasure of working with JMC Home Improvement Services recently for a needed bathroom renovation. The quality of work has exceeded my expectation. I would say to stop your search here. John and his team are THAT good. But do your due diligence and then I believe you will find as I did that JMC are the most fairly priced, trustworthy, competent and accessible company to do your renovation projects. Every issue, small or big, John checked in with me. He and his crew are meticulous and innovative when confronted with "surprises" in an older house. I have to say that part of the comfort ability I had with this project is due to John's mellow temperament which is a desirable quality to have in a contractor you trust with your home. He just assures you along the process to help you relax . That doesn't mean he is not exacting in his work. He is a perfectionist and creative. So, talk with others but rest assured, you won't find a better contractor than John and JMC.

Hired to frame windows and nails were used instead of what should have been screws. Unfortunately, the final result was the work of an amateur, which future carpentry professionals as well as guests noticed immediately.
