 + -1 moreDave cashed my deposit on a $12,500 architectural contract on October 17th. The deposit was $4,500. Today is December 28th. So far a total of 2 hours has been spent measuring the home. I have nothing to show for my investment except wasted time. I would not recommend working with this firm unless you are ready to ride them constantly.
Description of Work: The contract was for a full set of architectural drawings and elevation of the home as it is now and designing a master suite and kitchen.
