Buying: showed many properties punctual, not very helpful with negotiations with a difficult agent on other side who overstepped her role. Bad advice on that transaction. Very passive ultimately fell through. Found something else nice not honest about how same office was listing agent. Didn't pass along some imp info from sellers. Didn't show up to closing not even congrats or housewarming gift even though got biggest check at closing. Selling: worse, didn't offer to do open house or any sort of extra marketing through mailers email social media calls to colleagues nothing. Is content with just listing and waiting. When not selling had many excuses about timing and market and holidays but other properties sold. Didn't help expedite closing at all when lender needed additional paperwork this delay was very costly. Overall passive no fire in the belly to do anything remotely extra just minimum to get paid or after being reminded needs more enthusiasm and direction
