BUDGET BLINDS OF OSSINING

Todd at Budget Blinds was incredibly responsive, proactive and helpful. We had a free consultation, and from there, were able to choose from a bunch of great options. Todd helped us to understand what would work and what wouldn't' with our windows. End result? We love our new blinds, and thanks to the guidance, we ended up with something much nicer than we had initially planned! If we suddenly come across more windows needing coverage, we will definitely be calling them again! They were fast, thorough and a great quality product.

We engaged Budget Blinds to install blackout blinds in the master bedroom in our townhouse in Tarrytown, replacing the draw blinds that had been there previously.  When we first contacted Todd Greenberg of Budget Blinds in Ossining he was extremely responsive and arranged a prompt evaluation visit.  He brought with him samples that allowed us to make a selection for both the blinds and for replacement sheers in both the master bedroom and the living room.  He fully laid out the timing considerations with regard to ordering the blinds and arranging delivery and the resultant timing corresponded fully to his advice.

At the time of installation, the installer discovered that the manufacturer had sent the wrong blinds (bottom up only – not top down, bottom up).  The measure of a firm can often best be demonstrated when problems arise and Todd and his firm came through with flying colors.  They installed the bottom up blinds on a temporary basis and arranged for replacement blinds were arrived in a timely fashion and were installed at the agreed time. 

In summary, we are very happy with the overall result which fully meets all our expectations.  We were also very impressed by the punctuality, courtesy and responsiveness of Todd and his installer and we would have no hesitation in fully recommending Budget Blinds of Ossining.

Todd is a true professional.  He listened carefully to our needs, gave suggestions and was very helpful.  Todd's prices were quite good.  He is knowledgable about his produces.  The blinds arrived on time and his installation was on time and done very professionally.  I would definitely recommend Todd at Budget Blinds of Ossining to everyone.  We are using him again for additional blinds.

I GUESS THEY WERE ACCEPTABLE. THEY DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. THE BLINDS AREN'T OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY, BUT THEY ARE OK. THERE WAS ONE PERSON, AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND VERY NICE.
