It went great. Steve was quick, efficient, patient, and cleaned up after himself. I could not give "Price" an "A" only because I did not comparison shop; I did the one-stop-shopping and am very happy.

I was very happy with the work that Bottom Line Blinds did for me. They came on time and did the work efficiently. Steve Vavra is the man who I had the most contact with. He's very professional and very meticulous about his measurements. The quality of these window treatments is very high.

IT WAS MEDIOCRE. IN MY BIG ROOM, THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG WOOD COLOR. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHERRY AND THEY BROUGHT WALNUT. I CONTACTED THEM AND THE GUY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO, AND I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM.
