Outstanding service.

Called Monday to let Maz know it was time again for annual gutter cleaning.

He was on site today (Wednesday) cleaned all gutters of multi-floor home.

I have used his services for the past 12 years and always reliable and great service

Maze is awesome.  I had seven contractors bid this relatively simple project because I am new to the area and Maze's knowledge of the roof, the gutter system and the materials used was far better than anyone else I spoke with.  He was recommended by my landscaper and I actually hired him on-the-spot after meeting him.  He patiently explained every detail of the project to me, including what would fix the problems permanently and how the gutters had been improperly installed to begin with.  He cautioned me against using aluminum materials with my copper gutters (since aluminum and copper don't work together chemically) and on work day he showed up sheets of copper and a custom bender/cutter to make the flashing right in my front yard so each custom piece fit the gutter spaces perfectly.  He also pointed out a few other issues with the roof that he noticed while he was working on the gutters, explained everything to me and then fixed them for a nominal charge.  Maze and his partner worked all day with minimal noise or mess, and both were incredibly pleasant to speak with.  The pricing was fair, and definitely a "bargain" for the quality of work received.  I will use them again for my flat roofs when they need work, and will certainly recommend them to friends and neighbors.  Excellent company.

Contractor arrived on time & finished in 1 day, despite having only himself & one helper. They used what another more expensive gutter replacement contractor said were cheap fasteners to attach the downspouts to the stucco exterior of the house & in several locations used amateur looking downspout solutions instead of using formed aluminum elbows to attach the gutter to the downspout. Their price was 1/2 what several other roofers on Angie's List quoted me for the same work, and unfortunately I couldn't afford a more expensive contractor for this work. The owner of the company (or anyone else, for that matter) is virtually impossible to reach at any of the 3 phone numbers on his bid sheet / invoice - a toll free number that never rings, but instead always has a busy signal immediately after you finish dialing it, and the phone number on the company's Angie's List page, which seemingly always goes to voicemail, & a fax number that is no longer in service, just as it was six months ago when I pointed it out to him.

Six months after his work was completed, a 6 ft section of gutter has pulled away from the side of the house and every time it rains a waterfall 6 ft wide runs between the bottom edge of my roof and the rear upper edge of the gutter, soaking the stucco exterior house wall beneath the gutter with water. I have called & left a message about this with the owner but have not yet heard back from him. According to what is printed on the invoice, there is a 5 year guarantee. We will have to wait and see whether that commitment is actually honored.
