I love them! They take good care of my sick animals, and are very kind when it's time to put them to sleep. It was a good experience, even though it was a sad one. Very caring.

I just like working with their doctors. They are very informative and they are convenient to where I live. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We've gone to several vets there, 3 or 4 i think. One of the vets is a little cranky if you haven't been taking care of your animals to her standards, but she was right when she chastised us for not cleaning our dogs teeth enough. she really cared about the animals and wasn't afraid to call you out. the other vets are much more relaxed on that and just point out the facts. they are gentle, kind vets and are good at diagnosing problems. we rarely had to wait long when going there. most of the receptionists and assistants are kind and helpful. one of the receptionists can be cranky, but i think she is a decent person overall and is helpful, just very abrupt. it's a tough job though, i don't blame her.
I would definitely trust my animals with this vet. We will probably switch to a closer, recommended vet for our next dog. We only started here, because they had a certain food that we could only get through vets. They also are reasonably priced.
When we had our greyhound put down, we had one of the assistants/techs and the male veterinarian. They were really fantastic for us, and made the process perfect. They were super compassionate, even though they have to do it all of the time. You could tell they really cared, but made the process as easy as possible. You won't be disappointed with them!

I was never called regarding my animal's condition. I had to contact them, and even than they had no answer for me.
Very dissatisfied!

I love the Doctors here! Excellent facility with staff that deals with you with compassion and caring.

The staff are wonderful. The doctors and staff really care about animals and have for the many years I have used them they have consistently been accurate in their diagnosis and treatment. They are truly compassionate. Their prices are excellent as well. I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend this vet highly enough. I have used them for over 20 years and have referred others there. We are all extremely pleased with their services. They are knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. They take the time to explain things and answer all your questions. Their assistants and office staff are the same.

Excellent -- they are sometimes not as punctual as you would like but that is only because of the excellent care they provide every animal and owner.
