They were excellent. They cleaned up their mess afterwards. They called me afterwards to see if it was done right. They guaranteed it. They even told me if I needed anything to call them back. I'm going to have them do another job for me. The job they did, everybody wanted to charge me 16 or 17 thousand and he only charged me 12 hundred. He works with a small crew. He's insured, that's a good thing. He's a good experienced guy. He showed up on time. He was great. He called me to ask me how I felt about it. He didn't give me any surprises.
My second floor was sinking, somebody was trying to do an open concept and they didn't even put back a beam. Everybody thought it was just a bad beam or it needed to be supported. They took out the beam to open it and never put it back, just sealed up the ceiling. My bedroom was literally sinking. I could see 3 inches from my first floor to that. He pushed it back up. Most of the time he said tiles and floors will usually break, but this one didn't break. Everything just went back together, like solid, like it was originally.
