They were here twice and they did a great job. A for everything, no problems with them.

I don't remember the cost. They were more reasonable than a lot of other people. They were professional actually on the one.

The crew worked nonstop to finish in one day. Work was done properly and they cleaned up after themselves.

A crew of 4 arrived on time and worked all day to finish this huge job. More employees came in the afternoon to help get the job done. They needed a lot of equipment for the job including a bucket truck, chipper, stump grinder, dump truck, and flatbed truck for the tree trunks. There was a huge mess in the yard at one point but they did a good job cleaning it up. My only complaint is that one of the stumps wasn't fully ground up. The pile of wood mulch was so huge that I don't think the grinder operator even realized it.

He did a very good job. His price was reasonable. They were efficient, fast, and on time. They were very professional and polite.

The crew arrived punctually and started working right away. They were extremely courteous and hard working. They were there from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, as it was a lot of work. The pines were well over 100' (closer to 200'). The branches were also overhanging and intertwined with power lines, which made some companies I received quotes from hesitant. Not with them, however. They knew exactly what they were doing the entire time and cleaned up well afterwards. I can't be happy enough with their service, not to mention it was the lowest quote I received for the work! I will definitely be using them again for future work.

The three man crew arrived on time. They were courteous and efficient. Even my dog liked them. The tree in question was in a difficult location, surrounded by other large trees, and there was an old truck that no longer ran, or even moved on its own, blocking access for their bucket lift. A lesser company may have given up at this point. But to their credit, they were able to pull the truck out of the way, get their bucket in place, and cut the tree down without damaging the surrounding trees. It was a big one too, surrounded by other equally big , branchy trees. Then the put the truck back where it was and cleaned everything up. Afterwards, except for the fact that I now have one less large, dead tree and a lot more firewood, it was like they were never even here
If all that wasn't enough, they were also the low bidder for the job. I was impressed. And yes, I would use them again.

The staff was professional, neat and clean.
I would highly recommend this company. The tree Matt and his staff removed from my property had emotional ties to my sons childhood. I asked Mike if he could cut two pieces from the tree which I could give to my sons as keepsakes of their childhood and they did.

They came out and took down the tree. They did a pretty good job. I was happy and they are reasonable.

Prompt for both the estimate and day of service. Full crew arrived on the job and promptly took down the trees. Cleanup progressed throughout the service and the lawn was raked, the street swept, and a leaf blower was used on each. The men were professional, quick, and cleaned up completely when they were finished. This company's estimate was the lowest of three, one company failed to respond at all. We are completely satisfied!

Matt, who was a really friendly guy, did the estimate for the removal of some pine trees and the grinding of their stumps. He explained that it would take two weeks before they could actually do the work because they were very busy. On the day the work was to be performed, I was given a courtesy confirmation call. The workers (who were friendly as well) arrived earlier than the projected time of 12:00 noon. The work was done in relatively quick time and I was impressed with the way they cleaned up. "Out on a Limb" does good work and their prices are good. I strongly recommend them and have plans to use them again.

On time, great team, clean up great

They did their job and I spent between $1000 and $1,200 each time they came out. They did a decent job and they cleaned up for the most part.

Matt came out right away for estimate. The crew came by shortly after and work was performed very well.

Matt came out initially to give us an estimate and a time frame of when the job would be performed. He returned with his crew and equipment, as promised, and did the whole job in a timely manner.
