Duffy's Home Improvement

Appointment made a month and a half in advance.  He arrived on designated day without issue.  Estimated 2 weeks for job completion; finished in 12 days.  Owner and one assistant worked job and negotiated a few rain days by selecting what to do when.  Very cordial and informative.  Asked my opinion and desires when needed and took my requests in stride.  All work done soundly and professionally.  They replaced wood that needed and prepared remaining for painting.  Painted all, 2 coats.

• Mr. Duffy was prompt to set up an appointment and gave a price estimate over the phone. He was right on time and started working on the project by digging hole to pour concrete for the mailbox. He realized that there are some pieces missing from the mailbox I have ordered and told me that without that piece it will not be stable. He even searched Home Depot but could not get a suitable piece. He went back that day and did not charge me for all his effort. He came back after I have ordered and received the missing piece and fixed the mail box. He cleaned up very nicely after he finished his project.
