DO NOT USE PM LEARY AKA ROTO ROOTER. I paid over $3000 and they left my yard torn up in my problem unrepaired. Everything was an up charge. We need to do it on overtime. We need to do it during frozen ground. And meanwhile the work never was completed. I asked them to complete the work they said oh we’re gonna charge more and by the way we can’t get it to it until January. Of course that meant the ground would be frozen and I face more of charges. I am 62 years old and this is the worst business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid them at all cost!

Plumer cleared line but cost me $400.00 dollars in unnecessary water and sewage charges for the month when he left my water hose running in the floor drain of my basement for 5 days. Using an additional 40,000 gallons of water !

There was a little confusion around scheduling that resulted in my staying close to home a bit more than I wished, but once the plumber called to say he was on his way, he arrived promptly, did the work, explained why it was a difficult drain to clear. As a franchise of Roto-Rooter, he seemed completely unaware that the parent company runs $10 to $20 off coupons on their website, and did not offer to honor the one I'd printed out. "I don't know what they want me to do with this," or words to that effect, was his response. It wasn't a big deal to me, so I paid the price he quoted me, not wishing to be part of the head office expecting the guy in the field to pay for their promos without even knowing about them. The drain is functioning better than it has since we moved into the house 3 years ago, so we're happy. We'd definitely call them again for similar problems.
