I can call Northeastern Computer and he can do what they call "Log Me In" so he can log in to my computer from afar and fix it. He's just one of those people who has a natural aptitude for it. He's very reasonable and knowledgeable. One thing that makes his business even more attractive is that he is able to explain it in layman's term. He doesn't go into a lot of computer jargon. He really does make the computer user-friendly for the customer.
