He is fine until he has your money then he ignores your calls and he charges more than anyone else that has done the same service for a few of my friends.

Kris replaced my water treatment equipment for me. He fit my project into my schedule quickly. He was fast, efficient, and neat. I had to leave while he was working and he finished before I got back. I did not have a chance to go over the maintenance, care, and operation of this equipment. The manual was not much help. I do not understand the information that the unit gives me and I have asked to have it explained. And I wanted to set up a maintenance schedule, but no one has contacted me. I was able to use download the app for the equipment. But I do not understand the information. I am still waiting on the water analysis information. This is the only reason that my rating is only a 3. For everything else, I give them 5 stars. I hope that I am contacted soon for a follow-up to the installation.
