We did not work with an enthusiastic designer since almost all choices were our own and we were not met with suggestions that were of any major help. The selection of products was excellent. We would use this company in the future but would prefer to work with another sales person/designer who would be more interested in our project. The sales person did come to our home to do measurements as requested.

Installers were prompt and very friendly. They kept us informed of any suggestions and possible changes as they moved along the way. Returned full box of supplies we did not need for credit. We believe they were sub-contractors for the retail business.

It was amazing.  They were wonderful.

Wow. It was a lot of work getting the rooms empty and ready to be done. As soon as one section was done then we had to move everything around again for the next section. It was well worth it when it was all done. The house looked beautiful and every cabinet, drawer, and closet had been cleaned out. We found all the people we dealt with to be very professional and helpful.

Initially,the rip up lasted two days longer than anticipated. When called, Gary Bertrand, the owner, responded immediately and ensured there were additional workmen at the site to expedite the process. When the installers were grouting, they were using the wrong type of grout. When called, Gary responded immediately and personally supervised the immediate correction. He stayed on the job supervising each step to ensure complete satisfaction. As a result, I have contracted three other jobs since to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Gary Bertrand and Lee Appliances and Floor Covering any time.
