For each job, whether cleaning, installing the cap, or relining the chimney, Duane explained what needed to be done, what our options were, how much each option would cost, and told us the pros and cons of each option. Duane always shows up as scheduled, he is easily reachable by phone and/or email, and is always pleasant and professional to deal with. He is honest and up front about everything, and we have been completely satisfied with every job he has done at our house.
