Only one of three companies who returned my call. Replaced all CFGI outlets per my request. One was not working (reason for the call). Pointed out an original installation issue in the kitchen and fixed. Replaced a Fluorescent Ballast. Reset an outlet box that was not set properly in the wall. As part of their service, they did a free circuit breaker box inspection. Reasonable priced.

Project manager was great as was the plumber. Some of the lesser qualified workers did work that needed to be done over (tile setter and painter). Everything was covered by my insurance, but I didnâ t get a written estimate up front and I had to keep calling to get final costs and paperwork to my insurance.

These guys showed up on time and were very nice. They took the time to fully diagnose the issue and explain the fixes. They wanted almost $1,000 to replace a sump pump however. That is very excessive. We elected to pay $250 for the diagnostics instead (which took about 2 1/2 hours).

From start to finish this crew was the easiest to deal with and extremely professional and helpful to someone such as myself who had no idea what would be involved in the project. Jeff contacted me and kept me updated every step of the way with what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they did the work and then again during the job when there ended up being more involved than originally expected. Mike was great and very friendly and he got the job done quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely recommend the Tick Tock Group to anyone and would hire them again in a second!

I have hired the Tick-Tock Group twice now, once to replace a baseboard heater and once to install laminate flooring. I am extremely pleased with the results of both projects.

On time when they said they would be here. Told them the problem and they went to work fixing the problem. After they finished the job you couldn't see they had been here. They cleaned up the area better than it was. Super workers.
