Locksmith came, quickly accessed the situation, advised me of three options to address the problem including price estimates. Once every thing was explained, I made a choice and he proceeded to replace the broken latch with a different type of lock and knob. Very satisfied with the quality, promptness and professionalism of the locksmith.

They were very good. In fact, they helped me solve another problem I was having with my window lock. Very efficient and very friendly. The young man that came out was named Vinny and he was very nice.

The provider broke my lock refuse to take action. Before the gentleman came to my house the lock was working. After they left the knob is loose and I never had a problem with the lock. The garage door is now my issue.

"The customer requested her locks to be changed. I had a previous deal on angie's list that must have expired.. Rekey 4 locks for 185 dollars. She only had 3 locks, we offered to install a lock that she had on site as the fourth lock so I can honor that deal. We also installed a deadbolt (top lock) for $125 which is significantly discounted. 125 is a fair price for a deadbolt installed. In regards to us not showing up- that is just false. We were running late and I personally called her. She said she wanted to cancel. I said if you want to cancel that is fine, i am truly sorry that we are running late. To save the service I will offer you a 15% discount in addition to my Angie's List deal (i combined two offers for her 185 for 4 lock and 15 percent off the grand total). She was fine with that. We arrived on time and got the job done. She then stated we broke the garage door lock. The spring is broken, it doesnt automatically lock, it has to be manually locked. There was no way us remove the rim cylinder to rekey it broke the spring. Its physically impossible"

Purchased the $100 for $150 of services through Angie's List. Vin was running a little late but called and apologized. There was a little confusion about the Angie's List purchase so he had to call the office. Other than that it was fine. He was personable and ran through different pricing options for services and did everything very quickly. Thank you.

TopLock is a top performer! I thought the handle needed to be replaced, but they repaired it (good as new). They also repaired a tricky lock and a loose lock for a total of three jobs for less than the handle replacement would cost!!

This company was completely professional and responded immediately. No games with pricing. I let them know when I called that I found them on Angie's List and asked if they would honor the coupon. They provided the pricing over the phone which was what other companies would not give me. Ricky arrived and worked above and beyond the call of duty. He was there for changing my cylinder lock but helped me with getting my screen door to shut. He told me which screen doors to consider at Home Depot and advised me regarding safety for hurricanes and avoiding rust due to living so close to the ocean. He also gave me a price for fixing the hinges on my front door. I would definitely only use this company for ALL of our future needs. I also hope that Ricky will be the one to return since he was so pleasant and had no issues with my two dogs trying to lick his face.

Contacted the provider after reading their reviews and deciding to purchase a deal from Angie's List. They were very professional and were able to time the work around the closing schedule for our new home. Price was very reasonable even without the deal.
