Terrible. They were unable to complete the request. They delayed my repairs by weeks. Even though under warranty, they wanted me to pay for everything (illegal/consumer misrepresentation) and made multiple requests for information that could have been addressed on the first discussion. Too many emails and calls discussing the same info over and over, even rerequesting my service address multiple times (no pen and paper at Fitness Resource????) Furthermore, when I became busy with work and was not available for a day, they saw their chance to cancel my appointment abruptly and immediately sent all of my warranteed parts back to the manufacturer instead of sending them to me for another repairperson to have. Unbelievable! Plese think carefully when buying from them, and buying a warranted machine, the margins are not high enough for them to care to come out and make the call, and they misrepresent that... you are obviously not a priority if you have a service issue and they certainly were condescending to me as a woman. My serviceperson Sarah made multiple excuses for her delays in getting back to me, and her ongoing, obvious mistakes that had absolutely nothing to do with work and my compassion only went so far ! I further informed the manufacturers who they are authorized dealers for.

I bought a treadmill from them as I worked at home, soon after I got a job in the city and worked out there so sold the treadmill back and a fraction of what I paid and was told they would send a chek immediately... it has benn weeks and no payment... Im still waiting very disappointing.
