Signed up for termite program, employee came to put bait stations in, he put twice as many holes in the ground as opposed to bait stations, then left the bait stations sticking out of ground about 2 inches, and put 2 staions in at 45 degree angle. Canceled the next day, and now 1 month later there is a 325.00 dollar charge on my cc. called Thur., told me someone would call me back in 24 hours, no call, called again Friday told me no mgrs. available would call me back ASAP, still no call. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! You will regret it!!!!!

I like that they come back, if we feel like we need something extra. Interaction was very nice. Very courteous. Work turned out good.
