The job was done with all the furniture in the apartment and so was anticipated to take substantially longer than an empty, move-in ready place.  The work was done quickly and cleanly, and came out looking great.  When they left, they had moved all the furniture more or less back into place, cleaned up after themselves, and applied the plastic feet to the furniture to prevent damage to the new floor.  The price was right, the work was done as scheduled and was actually finished a day early.  The workmen comported themselves professionally and knew exactly what they were doing--it was obvious that they had either planned well ahead of time or had done this sort of thing enough that it was a well-worn routine. 
We're selling that apartment and buying a new house, and we're looking forward to having sterling do all those floors as well.
