 + -1 moreOn May 14 I stopped by to picked up a previously ordered Draft Inducer. Steve at the counter could not find our resale certificate which they have on file and was used a few times before. He became rude and aggressive. I had to leave the store. This man has an attitude problem and should not be allowed to have direct contact with customers.
Description of Work: Sell parts.
