Totally overpriced labor chargers. Buyers beware! After the installation, I found I could buy the unit from Sears for under $170, but was charged $415 with the labor. Four 3 inch pulleys needed replacement: and was charged $28 each plus $125 for labor (even though the installer was already there). Online the pulleys could be bought for under $30 a pair. At the time of installation, I had no means of comparison, and being over 80 could not do the job myself.
