Absolutely terrible and would not recommend the service from this firm to anyone. The day that technician came and “fully serviced” the equipment was the day of the storm, 12 hr later the generator stopped working needing a part to change, a great technician did show up and changed it, 6 hr later it died again it’s now been 72+ hr and 9 calls to them, no callback and no one here to assist and we are without a generator and power with little kids at home. What’s the point of 24/7 emergency service and charging for it when you clearly cannot address issues with 300 percent margin on it. Terrible!

We needed service on our brand new generator. They were an authorized dealer. A project manager came over and read the wrong error code. I was told to sign a service agreement, which I did and two days later I get an email that they refuse to service my generator. No reason stated. Just couldn’t be bothered. What an awful way to do business. Will call the generator company and let them know. DO NOT USE THEM.
