Dan Danielsen Landscaping

Dan Danielsen is not a reliable gardener.  He never came on the same day, billed irradically and only wanted CASH.  When I did pay him by check he asked me to make it to cash.  I accommodated him once. When I paid him by check for the final bill, made out to his company, his bookkeeper called and asked for a new check.  She did not wait to see if I gave it to her and instead she tampered with the check.  She crossed out part of who the check was made out to and forged my initials.  She then claimed she did not know this was fraud.
That aside, he charged me more than I should have paid.  He commented about how much my landscaping cost and didn't prvide estimates (I know I should have cut him loose earlier).  I don't think he ever fertalized or treated my lawn because it looked horrible - yellow in places, clover all over.  DO NOT USE the gardener.
