A1 Home Cleaning Service

First Let me say that I've been a business women for over 20 years and i have never experienced such crappy customer service. The first time the ladies showed up. They did a great job. But after the first cleaning, everything went down hill. The cleaning ladies would just not come. When you contact the owner (Matt). He won't respond. His communication skills is horrible....... Today I told the owner (Matt) that I am going to leave my door unlocked so the ladies can clean, ( My neighbor would lock up when the cleaning ladies leave)I received no response, no call, no nothing. I came home to a unclean house. Another issue I had is, He quoted me a price. I would give the ladies monies and also leave the ladies a nice tip........I was told from the cleaning ladies that he would take their tips and not give them anything. He would keep their tips. I would not recommend this company to come and clean your dog House. Stay away and save yourself the headache.........Just horrible service.....I am so unhappy.

At first it went well, but after using this company for about 6 months, the cleaners would cancel without notice or just not show up and I would have to call/text to find out that the cleaners weren't coming. This week the cleaners cancelled 3 times and this has happened several times before. Also, the cleaners stole Windex, broke my husband's knob on his indoor grill, and used our paper towels without asking. Last month, the cleaners were cleaning my house. Then, Matthew, the owner's son, just showed up and started walking through my house. I didn't know who he was. He never gave me notice and didn't introduce himself until I asked if he was Matthew. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

I would never know who I was talking with by text, or phone, either Kenny (dad) or Matt (son). At first they seemed very nice, and reasonable. I scheduled two homes for an ongoing cleaning every other week. The first cleaning in each home was for a deep cleaning. Matt came to my house with two women and we agreed to a deep cleaning, and I was told it would be $125 from Matt. I agreed. I was unimpressed with cleaning and asked Matt to call me before he went to the other house, as I had a few things to go over. I got a call days later from Kenny, the owner, not Matt his son who I was told is taking over the business. I explained to Kenny that I wanted to talk through my concerns before they went to the other house. In regard to the deep cleaning I paid for (all of these we agreed upon prior to service) none of the bedside tables were cleaned or wiped down, there were dirty rags left in a small wicked stand by the front door, there was dirt and dust under the desk, which I specifically asked them to do because the cat uses the litter box near there, the kitchen counter had dust and crumbs behind the coffee pot, espresso machine, dishrack, and anything else on the counter. They simply wiped around it, and didn't even do a general cleaning, let alone a deep cleaning. The bathroom for the most part I will say looked good, although I'm not sure the tub was cleaned (That shouldn't even be a question). They left a garbage bag right outside against the house (not even in the garbage can right in front of their truck), where the dog got it and shredded the garbage all over the front yard. They made the bed, but the sheets were on upside down (since when does the tages go by your face and the pillows?). And tehre were a few other things as well. When I received the call back it was Kenny, and I told him that there was some things that were done well, and other things missed, and I went through the list. Kenny got angry and kept asking me what I paid for my last cleaning service, and I kept saying it's not relevant to our agreement. He also asked what I paid for the deep cleaning, and I told him $125 and he said he gave me a bargain, and that they usually charge $200 or more. I never asked for a bargain. I asked for a deep cleaning, which I did not get. He then said we're not coming back ever. My response was, "you're right, you're not coming back solely based on your tone and behavior on this discussion". That was the end, he hung up. Mind you, I was not rude, disrespectful, or dishonest. I simply told him what concerns I had, before he went to my inlaws home. He couldn't handle that and said he's never had one complaint in over 30 years. That is also untrue, since I see many negative reviews here. Bad business mindset and terrible customer service. AVOID if you would like honest professionals.

Everything was done the way I asked.They did a very good job. I would call them again .

Have used them on a monthly basis. Friendly family and they do good job. One of the guys scrapes our toaster tray even.

They were very prompt in scheduling and doing the cleaning!

It didn't go, when I call to make an appointment they said they did not travel to my area that it was to far but in the meantime Angie list still took my money.

I was a little nervous to have strangers all over my house, but I was relieved when a family of four arrived. They were pleasant and friendly to my dog. They did a nice job.

It went terribly they guy Ken something like that he was rude he said his was coming like 8:30 he was coming an hour later and leaving they house it was not clean they was in an out

This company is the absolute worst I have worked with from Angie's List. From the very start, it was clear that they simply did not know how to communicate. It took two weeks for them to get back to me after I purchased the deal and sent my first email. Then they were unavailable for a week. I admit that we did have to cancel one appointment due to a death in the family. However, over the course of the next three weeks they failed to respond to any of my emails sooner than five days later. I'm sorry, but in today's world, a company that doesn't respond in 24 hours or less to an email is NOT a company that is interested in providing service. The only reason I am rating them as a D instead of an F is that one cancelled appointment on my part.

Arrived on time, called with update, provided photos afterwards.

It was very good. The price was reasonable.

Cancelled everything as they did not show up as per plan.

They did a great job and we will be having them come back regularly.

Ken and his team did a great job making the house shine again after the property was occupied for 5 years by tenants. Job well done.

They were great. Cleaned up before the holidays and made a great impression on family.

The Service was great! I call them to do all my interior cleaning. They usually clean my home a couple times a month!
