THE WINDOW INSTALLER WERE GOING TO KEEP THE OLD FRAMES ON MY WINDOWS. I HAD THEM REPLACE ALL THE OLD WOOD FRAMES, WHICH THEY REALLY WEREN'T HAPPY IN DOING BUT ON MY REQUEST THE FRAMES WERE REPLACED.
