+ 0 moreEd arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, neat and careful. ...As was his son. Wish they were our movers! They took the table apart, moved it to our new home and set it back up. It was put together better than when we received it new. I would definitely use Ed (and his son) again to move our pool table and wish more business owners or managers ran their business the same way.

+ 1 moreWe advertised a pool/billiards table for sale recently due to a room renovation and the buyer arranged for Watlack's to take down and move the table. I have to say that I was very pleased and impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness and overall professional manner of Co. owner Ed Watlack and young son (now the 3rd generation of the family in the business). They arrived exactly on time with the proper equipment and made short order of disassembling the table. Moving the the heavy slate and various other parts through the house, plus the large, single piece table top out the lower level walkout, went without issue. If you are not aware, higher quality tables with 3-piece 1and quot; slate tops need to be re-felted after being disassembled for a move and I found their price to come disassemble the table, then deliver, set up, level and re-felt at the new location, very reasonable. Also, being a bit nosey, I asked the cost to replace the rubber rails. Again very reasonable, and I kind of wish I had done that a few years back and truly enjoyed the table in all it's capacity. While I didn't pay a dime in this instance, I would not hesitate to call Watlacks if you are in need of such services. Recommended!
