Description of Work: When Vince came by to do the quote for some basement bathroom framing, I felt comfortable with him. However it seemed all very casual, and follow up was very delayed. We eventually couldn't wait any longer for quote information, and had to carry on with another contractor we had contacted for a quote.

Description of Work: They have done multiple projects for our home including a bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel and basement remodel and we would always use them and recommend their services. We have several friends and family that have also used their services. It is a single person who has done plumbling, electrical, cabinets, flooring tiling, and general construction.

+ 2 moreAfter reviewing the scope of the job, Joe Sr. developed a line item budget for the project. Along the way, change orders were applied (at my request) to add and delete items from the original estimate. All work was of extremely high quality. They are craftsmen and perfectionist. They painted a couple of rooms multiple times at no extra charge because they were not happy with the outcome of the "designer" paint. I should have gone with their recommended paint supplier and my initial source was a spotty quality despite a designer price. The house now looks great.
Description of Work: I contracted with them to renovate a house that I recently purchased. The biggest part of the job was the complete replacement of two bathrooms. Additionally, they painted 5 rooms, replaced lighting fixtures, refinished the garage floor and more.
