After reviewing the scope of the job, Joe Sr. developed a line item budget for the project. Along the way, change orders were applied (at my request) to add and delete items from the original estimate. All work was of extremely high quality. They are craftsmen and perfectionist. They painted a couple of rooms multiple times at no extra charge because they were not happy with the outcome of the "designer" paint. I should have gone with their recommended paint supplier and my initial source was a spotty quality despite a designer price. The house now looks great.
