+ 5 moreMatthew came to my home along with his project supervisor. Both were very professional individuals. Even though I did not know much about the work I wanted done, they were courteous and explained in detail how each step would happen. They were on time with my projects completion date. Mathew was able to come in under the original budget and showed me all the receipts of the items they had purchased. I have never seen a company as honest as these individuals. They would clean up their own mess as they worked and would a tidy work space when they left for the day. I am very impressed with this company and will be calling them again at the end of the summer to renovate my other bathrooms.
Description of Work: I received the TX Development contact information from my Aunt who had them do some work for them. TX upgrade my kitchen and bathroom and added a stamped concrete patio at the back of my house. We had a closed in kitchen and TX was able to knock out a load bearing wall and open up the space to create a more functional area. The kitchen now has a island and space that we never had before. I had them install new cabinets, tilework, appliances and plumbing. They changed the location of electrical and lighting to fit the new design. We did a full demolition of the master bathroom and replaced all the ugly '70's decor to new modern tile, vanity, tub, tub surround, lighting and toilet. In the backyard, we had TX remove our rotted deck and replace with a permanent stamped concrete patio.
