They were busy so a little slow to help me initially. They got my repair done earlier than promised. However it was apparent after 2 rides that bike was not safely reassembled. Rear deflector not properly attached and rear wheel came loose causing abrupt stop. Made them aware of it and the guy on the floor blamed a "weird" gear mechanism. I was able to repair it my self in 5 minutes in a good Samaritans driveway.
Apply thorough testing to any work they do even if it seems run of the mill like attaching a tire.
