After paying them $3000.00 up front and signing the contract I was informed that I had to supply their data base with leads.  Their orientation said I needed to sign up for a lead generating service, scrub the lists provided, update the list monthly, and then pay them more when I sold the listings they made appointments for.  Referrals in my industry mean that names and phone numbers are provided.  They did not disclose that I had to provide the names and numbers for which they then would charge a referral fee.
At the time of orientation I had not received a fully executed contract back from them and so I canceled the the agreement before it became a valid contract.  They have so far refused to refund the $3,000 that I paid up front.    I am taking them to court.
