Steve was professional, knowledgeable - about homes in general and neighborhood our new house was in and a real history buff. He helped us find exactly what were looking for. Homes are Steve's hobby.

To call Steve a "full-service" agent doesn't begin to do him justice. He not only did all the things a good agent is supposed to do--e-mailing us listings on houses that might meet our needs; showing us many homes when we came to town to look; promptly answering our questions by phone and e-mail; negotiating with the sellers' agent on our behalf--but he also voluntarily came to the rescue in ways we never anticipated. Before we moved into our new house, for instance, he made great suggestions for improvements and helped us find contractors to do the necessary work. He sometimes supervised the contractors when we couldn't be there, and even--putting his own engineering background to use--made sure their finished work was up to snuff. Afterward, he continued to advise us and even did some research on the history of our house (old homes are a passion of his), turning up fascinating photos and articles that we'll treasure for years. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
