When I called the service the owner, Jim, was very professiona and answered all my questions and made me feel good with my choice of transportation services. On the day of departure, the driver was at my home just prior to our agreed time and drove me to the airport. He was congenial and conversive. I was very comfortable in his presence. On my return, the car was waiting for me at the assigned location and I was again comfortable with this driver as well.

Both of our experiences were very positive.  The drivers were punctual, courteous, and very safe on the road.  The cars were clean and quiet.  I would highly recommend them.

From the outset, the phone conversation, which lasted about a minute, was not professional. I had called to inquire about hiring limo service for my daughter's upcoming 10th birthday party, and encountered a representative who was not warm, pleasant, or professional in any manner. Excerpts of the conversation:
Him answering the phone: "Transportation"
(My suggestion for improving your customer service: Thank you for calling Quality Transportation Services. How may I help you today?!")
Me: after explaining the reason for my call, and said, "I'm looking at the weekend of August 8 or 9th."
Him: " August 8th or 9th?"
(My suggestion: Sir, where you looking at both days, or one or the other?")
Me: We are looking at getting 10-12 girls together"
Him: "I can only do 8."
(My suggestion: I'm very sorry, Sir. Unfortunately, our limos can only take on 8 individuals at the max. Can we investigate this further? Will you be able to work with 8 little girls? I'd like to keep your business....")
Me: " I am looking at 2 hours of service.
Him: " I can't do 2h, has to be more than that."
Me:"Blood pressure boiling over, and trying to keep my cool, and realizing there's no more reason to keep this stellar example of a customer service individual on the phone..."Thanks for the time, and I hung up quickly.
You get the idea...NEVER, will I call this company again. If the business owner is reading this, rest assured I will let everyone I know not to use your service. I could have had the potential to steer a lot of business your way...if you only knew how much.

The drivers were not only punctual, they arrived early and were very patient, professional and accommodating. The vans were newer models and very clean. We received several compliments from our guests regarding the service they received from the drivers. Everybody arrived promptly for the wedding thanks to the diligence of the drivers.
