Frank is honest, reliable, and talented. Quality and customer satisfaction are his main concerns. Each time I have used his services, he has made suggestions that turned the job from good to excellent. If you are looking for a low price and don't care about quality, Frank is not your guy. But if the quality of the work is your top concern, you need to talk with Frank. He is reliable and courteous (I don't hesitate to give him a key to the house), and closely supervises all jobs - he even does a large part of the work himself. He loves to figure out the best way to do a job and make his customer happy. I'm at the point where I don't even call around for estimates, I just call Frank when I need some work done. He always provides a contract that specifies the work to be done and the cost, so there are no surprises.
