Oriental Garden Supply specialize in Japanese Maples and have very nice stock of other landscape trees and shrubs. I purchased several Japanese Maples to add to my potted collection and for future planting at my recently purchased home. Their selection is incredible, with over 200 named cultivars in stock, including specimens from one gallon size to trees over 15 feet tall.
I also purchased a couple of Japanese Osmanthus 'Goshiki', an example of their stock of hard to find plants.
They were very knowledgable and helped me select the right tree for the right purpose in the right location. For a sale of only a few hundred dollars, they were extremely generous with their time as they located and showed specific trees of a given color, habit and light requirement. The trees I purchased were healthy and well potted. Their planting and repotting advice was right-on! I am so satisfied that I will return to purchase large trees and use their transport and planting services to install the trees into my landscape once I determine the layout of a patio addition.They claim to buy in quantity directly from several large tree farms and grow their own grafts. However they get their stock, the prices I paid were fair and reasonable.
