We originally started with another contractor that we had met a the Rochester Home Show. That contractor tore out our only full bath in early November and we still had studs on the walls, no sinks, a trouble light plugged into an extension cord at the end of January. Needless to say that was a very bad experience.
Keith came in to help with another contractor that we had used when we did our kitchen and he and his crew quickly got us out of a terrible situation. Unlike our initial contractor who would say they were coming and not show up or only come for a few hours, the Nally's construction crew told us when they would be able to start, were there when they said they would be, put in a full day of work and finished the project within their estimated time. We added some additional painting, etc., and they still were done on time.
Keith listened to what was important to us, understood our needs and delivered a great end product. He tried to save us money where he could as he understood the issues we had with the first contractor. We will definitely call him again for our next project!

Keith's quality is superb. No question about that. He is also very responsive and when there has been an issue, he has addressed it promptly. I couldn't recommend him enough.
