Michael Ruff

It is with great pleasure that I write a review for Mike Ruff, Realtor. We contacted him to help sell my mother-in-law’s house. We live out of town, he met with us the day we arrived in Rochester and went through the home. Although we were planning to sell in the Spring, he suggested that the market was well suited at that time. It took us a week to get the house ready. This was months earlier than we anticipated. When he met with my husband, his sister, and me he told us the price range that he thought would sell. The three of us readily agreed to the price. He advised us on staging and sent someone for pictures and it was ready to go. Once it was listed, we had three offers, all over the price we set together. We first met with him on January 19 and the sale was completed with funds in Mom’s bank account by early March. This was the most amazing real estate transaction we had ever experienced. On top of that Mike was able to facilitate this process from afar. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Mike for any real estate transaction!
