Video Duplication & Transfer
John did a terrific job. My father was on hospice care when John worked for us and he not only did stellar work promptly but he was very compassionate given the situation. My father really loved looking at the videos John transferred for him and it gave him a great deal of satisfaction to give each family member a copy. My father also enjoyed his chats with John. Quite honestly, I would not have transferred my own videos except that I thought my father wanted me to have them done. That was reason enough but I will treasure the videos for their own sake as well because they are beautiful. Also, John's effort to give us a good price went way beyond what I expected, too. Because I am a very disorganized person and because my father's illness did not leave much free time, I handed John a mess of tapes. He sorted them out for me (some were even empty) and even deleted some medical tapes from the job after the fact that I hadn't intended to include without charging me. I don't live in Rochester and I am primarily joining the Rochester area Angie's list to give John the credit he deserves.
