Awning Service
Awning well made, sidecurtains had to be redone, which they did immediately. But, the seasonal service is awful.

Window Service
Individual who showed up for appointment turned out to be new owner of company. Seemed knowledgeable, said that currently they mainly deal in awnings, but could order and install any brand of windows we wanted. He took measurements and showed some photos. We set up follow-up appointment at which he said he would bring samples for us to look at. Follow-up appointment was not kept. Subsequent calls to the company went unreturned, and we gave up on them.

Individual arriving to keep appointment turned out to be new owner of company. They do business mostly in awnings at present, but he said that they could order and install any brand of windows we wanted. Owner appeared knowledgeable, showed us photos and took measurements, and we set up appointment for following week at which time he said that he would bring product samples for us to look at. Follow-up appointment was not kept, and all subsequent attempts to contact company were unsuccessful; calls were never returned.
