+ -1 moreIt was an exceptionally positive experience! I would recommend Karen's Fitness Studio to anyone who is an elder with special physical needs.
Description of Work: I wanted a personal trainer for one on one training. Luckily I found Karen's Fitness Studio. The fitness studio is large, clean, and full of A+ equipment! Karen is very knowledgeable and "body" aware. I'm a senior with special needs for my hip. Karen was attentive to my ability and limitations. I felt her fees were fair and reasonable. I paid more for a trainer in another city. I couldn't be happier that I found Karen's Fitness Studio!

+ -1 moreKaren Finlayson is the trainer. We use personal training and its $330 for every 10 weeks for 2 of us. It's an hour of personal training for 2 people each week. Karen does a very good job.
Description of Work: We go to Karen's Fitness Studio. We've been going there for 2 or 3 years and we usually go once a week.
